Book Keith House
Non-profits and community groups may rent Keith House for meetings, presentations, fund-raisers, programs, and conversations.
We provide a welcoming, peaceful space for your gatherings. Keith House's stone exterior, limestone floors, and oak and pine furnishings echo elements of the surrounding landscape.
With 3,200 square feet overall, Keith House accommodates up to 100 people in its 40-by-20-foot gallery and 40-by-40-foot Skyspace meeting room. Renters may use the movable benches in the meeting room or arrange for other furnishings.
The surrounding two acres are available to rent alone or with the building for outdoor activities of up to 300 participants.
Rental Rates
- Rates are by the hour, and your time block must include set-up and take-down.
- There is a surcharge for catered food and for alcoholic beverage service that passes through to our landlord, Cassco Development, and is a condition of our lease.
- Keith House may consider discounts for small non-profits, neighborhood, and community groups. Please click here for details.
