Two New Faces. One Shared Vision.
At Keith House, we believe spaces are shaped not only by light and architecture, but by the people who support and care for them. This summer, we’re thrilled to welcome two remarkable individuals to the team: Kathleen Culebro and Robert Caslin. While their talents and backgrounds are distinct, their shared commitment to creativity, community, and intentionality aligns beautifully with the heart of Keith House.
Kathleen Culebro — Volunteer and Box Office Lead
If you know Fort Worth’s arts scene, you likely know Kathleen. For 25 years, she served as the founding artistic director of Amphibian Stage, turning a small theater initiative into a nationally recognized cultural anchor. Along the way, she helped secure South Main Village’s designation as a Cultural District, launched award-winning community programs like Neighborhood Leap and De-Cruit, and partnered with institutions ranging from Visit Fort Worth to The Modern.
Now, she brings her people-first perspective and production savvy to Keith House, supporting volunteers, welcoming guests, and helping us continue to grow as a space for reflection, creativity, and connection.
She’s a lifelong community builder. A bold advocate for access. And, yes, she’s also a certified dog trainer.

Robert Caslin — Operations Lead
Robert comes to Keith House with a résumé that reads like a blueprint for thoughtful space-making. For more than two decades, he worked behind the scenes at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, leading installation, design, logistics, and production for major exhibitions. He’s also managed public art projects at UNT, taught drawing and design, and studied architecture, fine art, and spatial theory in equal measure.
Robert understands that the work of shaping an experience doesn’t start with the art itself. It starts with how people move, feel, and exist in a space. At Keith House, he ensures our environments are well-crafted, well-maintained, and ready to hold whatever magic each visit might bring.

Together, Kathleen and Robert expand our capacity to serve with care, whether it’s through the soft glow of Come to Good, the details of a community gathering, or the warm welcome at the front door.
We’re lucky to have them. And so are you.
